Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you book a rental, including:

• Your name, business name (if any), email address, and phone number
• The service address and any placement instructions for your rental
• Booking and scheduling details, and photos attached to your order
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.

We use your information to:

• Process and manage your rental booking, scheduling, delivery, pickup, and payment
• Send you notifications about your rental (see SMS and text messaging below)
• Operate and improve our service
• Comply with legal obligations

Consent. When you book a rental, you may check a box to opt in to receive text messages from JunkJets about your rental. This box is not pre-checked. You choose to opt in, and you are not required to opt in to book a rental or receive service.

What we send. If you opt in, we send text messages related to your rental only. These include booking confirmation, a reminder the day before delivery, a reminder the morning of delivery, a driver on the way alert with an estimated arrival time, delivery confirmation, a reminder before your rental ends, a driver on the way alert for pickup, pickup confirmation, payment receipt, and a request for a review after service. These are service notifications about a rental you scheduled. They are not marketing messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the activity on your rental. A typical rental receives approximately eight to ten messages.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@junkjets.com or (402) 577-0254. Opting out of text messages does not affect your rental. We will contact you by phone or email instead.

No sharing for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only to deliver the service notifications described above. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We share your information only as needed to provide your rental:

• With service providers who help us operate our business, including payment processing, booking and scheduling software, data hosting, mapping and address services, and email and text message delivery. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of JunkJets, our customers, or others.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information as long as needed to provide service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of text messages.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at admin@junkjets.com.

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date above.
