Terms and Conditions

• Rental pricing, availability, service area, and policies are set by JunkJets.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including a correct service address and placement instructions.
• Our rental agreement, presented and signed at the time of booking, governs the rental itself, including permitted materials, weight limits, rental duration, and any additional charges.

• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.
• Additional charges may apply and may be billed after your rental, including weight overages, extra rental days, and other fees described in our rental agreement.
• Refunds and disputes are handled according to our policies and applicable payment provider terms.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box at booking, you agree to receive text messages from JunkJets about your rental. These include booking confirmation, delivery and pickup reminders, driver on the way alerts with an estimated arrival time, delivery and pickup confirmations, payment receipts, and a request for a review after service. These are service notifications about a rental you scheduled. They are not marketing messages.

Message frequency varies with the activity on your rental. A typical rental receives approximately eight to ten messages. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at admin@junkjets.com or (402) 577-0254. Opting out does not affect your rental.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to use our booking service to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or interfere with or disrupt the service. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.

Our booking service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunkJets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our booking service. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under our rental agreement.

We may modify our service or these Terms at any time. When we update these Terms, we will revise the Last updated date above. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
